Our free 30-min Discovery Call is suitable for early stage planners or inspiration seekers to discuss your ideas, budget and any limitations, then outline clear next steps.
Whereas, our 60-minute Design Consult is a more comprehensive discussion - either online or on-site. Suitable for decision makers or projects ready to start, but need final clarity on project details before working together. This is a paid consult, billed only after the session - no upfront payment.

Our early stage 30-min Discovery Call is a complimentary service to discuss your ideas and project. From there, we can explore whether a paid Design Consultation or Full Design Service is right for your project.
Fees vary depending on scope, complexity and level of involvement. We'll always discuss your options and provide clear pricing before any work begins.
We can discuss including furniture and finishes sourcing, coordination of deliveries and trades management to your full design service. If you prefer to manage implementation yourself, we provide the direction and guidance to help you follow it through.
As part of our full design service our Aestoria designers consider the brand ecosystem from visual identity to brand positioning, and can include the creation of customised artwork, signage and guest touchpoints that connect the brand with the stay.
